Objectives

Description

• Create order
• Find the necessary tools. Ratchet, cup keys, screwdriver, wrenches, screwdriver, rubber mallet, Allen keys. Different pliers.
• HSE- Safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection, lifting tables to the correct working position to avoid strain (Ergonomics are important)
• Replace all parts that have been in contact with the patient/user and stripped down to the hull. Correct disposal of parts that cannot be reused.
• Washing/cleaning the chair by hand
• Check that all functions are working properly.
• Replace parts and components as needed (Reuse of spare parts from condemned chairs where possible)
• Reset the chair to factory/default settings.
• Install a new cover on the chair. (Back, footboard, armrests, neck pillow and seat)
• Register completion and complete the order with a picking list (list of parts that have been replaced) and create a delivery note with a report on which parts have been replaced, as well as attach a new user manual.
• Wrapped in plastic for protection. (Clearly shows that you are done with the job)
• Returned to the Assistive Technology Centre (Customer)

• Self-assessment of personal development with oral feedback after observation.
